some recent favorite recipes

you know that amazon prime commercial where they talk about being in a “show hole” with your significant other? are we the only ones who have to actually watch commercials because we don’t have cable? anyway, they’re talking about how you’ve watched through all the shows you’ve wanted to watch on tv and now you have nothing to watch. in comes amazon prime! (or any other streaming website like netflix or hulu) they’re here to save you from having nothing to watch, with having a database of all these shows/movies that are no longer on tv. all that to say, i feel like sometimes i get into a “dinner hole”. meaning, i’ve made everything that i know and am bored. well, here are some of our current faves, in case you’re in a dinner hole.

i just had thai food for the first time in may, and loved it. this is a great “take-out fake-out” and the boys love it. i usually add some pork.

5 ingredient white queso
so yummy. i threw in some leftover rotisserie chicken after it was all melted.makes a great light lunch for a sunday afternoon with veggies and dip or a fruit salad.
