Weakly meal plan.

After having my  mom cook for me for a week and then some freezer meals, it’s time to start cooking again.

Monday: stuffed pepper soup

Tuesday: waffle and egg sandwiches

Wednesday: baked crunchy taco casserole

Thursday: baby kale breakfast salad with maple vinaigrette dressing and grilled cheese

Friday: date night holla!

Saturday: chicken and veggie stir fry

Sunday: cheese, crackers, kielbasa and veggies with dip
